Tired before the day has even started?

Snapping at the people you love — and then feeling guilty about it?

Stairs at work suddenly feel like a mountain?

Wondering if this is just what "getting older" feels like?

Tried the supplements, the planners, the podcasts — and still don't feel like you?

Quietly aching to feel like yourself again?

Take a breath. You're not the only one who feels this way — not by a long stretch. Right now, somewhere not too far from you, another woman is staring at her reflection wondering when she stopped recognising herself. Another is sitting in her car before school pickup trying to find the energy to get out. Another is googling her symptoms at 2am because no one's given her real answers.
You're not broken. You're not failing. You're not "just getting older." Your body is changing, and it's quietly asking for a different kind of care than it needed before — that's all.
And you're in the right place. There is another way through this stage of life, and it begins with the smallest, gentlest thing of all: giving yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and begin..

Hi, I'm Carly. For a long time, I juggled work, family, and the endless to-do list, wondering why I felt so unlike myself. My energy dipped, my confidence wobbled, and no amount of "trying harder" seemed to help. It wasn't until I began to understand what was really happening in my body that things started to shift.
As a biology teacher of over 15 years and a nutritionist with an MSc, I've spent my career making complicated things simple — helping people understand the why behind what they're learning, not just the what. But it was going through perimenopause myself that truly changed how I see wellbeing. I realised that small, consistent shifts — the kind that fit into real life — can make a profound difference.
Now, I help women in perimenopause come back to themselves: clearer-headed in the morning, steadier through the day, ending it with something left in the tank. Not by overhauling your life, but with the same gentle approach that helped me. Because you don't need to start over to feel like yourself again — you just need the right support, and someone who genuinely understands what it's like to be where you are.
Working with me isn't about strict rules, elimination diets, or another plan you'll quietly abandon by Friday. It's about slowing down, tuning in, and finding what genuinely works for your body, your life, and the stage you're in now. Together, we take things one small, steady step at a time, so the changes you make actually last.
You'll feel supported, not judged. Encouraged, not rushed. I'll help you make sense of what's happening in your body and show you simple ways to feel like yourself again — even on the busiest days.
This is a space where you can exhale, ask the questions you've been carrying, and slowly come back to yourself — with someone who genuinely understands what you're going through.
When I'm not supporting women through this stage of life, you'll probably find me moonlighting as a taxi driver for my teenagers, cheering from the side of a football pitch, or in the kitchen baking something comforting (almost certainly with extra protein snuck in).
I'm all for slow mornings — the kind where I'm up before the rest of the house, with a coffee and a book. I love long walks, a good fantasy novel, and the occasional cold swim that makes me feel properly alive again.
Because life isn't meant to be managed — it's meant to be lived. With energy, with ease, and with a little joy along the way.
